Be careful when updating Vodafone Goldfish cards. Today I renew my prepaid card credit for 5. 00 AUD. But after about an hour of checking the loan balance, I found that the money had already been withdrawn without my knowledge! When I called the Zelta Zivtina toll-free phone, I received an answer that the money was withdrawn for connecting to the Internet data for one day, although the mobile data for the mobile phone has been switched off for at least the last week. The operator does not hear it and only claims that there is other data in their system, which of course is not issued in writing! So Vodafone takes money away and is not going to report to the customer at all! All this is done to run out of money to connect to the tariff plan! May the customer still transfer money! And this practice has been used for a long time, because we checked on several connection numbers! I would not recommend anyone to use the services of the Vodafone operator!
