Hello! I recently visited your institution and noticed some non-compliance with security measures and rules. First I ordered and waited at least 30 minutes despite having at least 10 employees and the restaurant was not full. The most important violation is when all employees carrying bags are wearing gloves but cooking without gloves. How do I know when those preparing are not sick with the covid 19 virus. If you try to impress me when the employees of the institution do not touch the food with their hands, but with special tools they will be lying because I saw with my own eyes when a woman who is preparing to cut a chicken and puts a tortilla on top. Please take action to correct these violations.
