False description of furniture
I bought a cabinet that was described on the Optimus website as a cabinet with a hanger. I got a closet without a hanger. I contacted Optimus and expressed my surprise and wanted the product to be taken back and the money returned to me. The answer was this, I quote "the lack of a hanger is not a problem that can not be solved. It can be ordered from the manufacturer" of course you can order and still can go and buy a hanger from the range available in the store, but the story is that the goods the description and the bill of lading are clearly and unambiguously written - a closet with a hanger, but except for two shelves there is nothing else! This is misleading consumers. Don't buy anything in the optimus online store... This was my first and last purchase in this store! Attached closet, now I don't know how to say with or without a hanger?
