It is very difficult to get a delivery scheduled. We have tried four or five times and are in the red line of our tank(under 25%). It is cold and snowing and we need propane as soon as possible. User’s recommendation: You may want to avoid this company for propane.

Talked to rep 3/18/21 we were down to 5% the rep promises delivery by end of day 3/18/21nothing yet sure terrible customer service User’s recommendation: Don’t use Amerigas promises made they don’t keep.
