It’s been several months since we discontinued service with Amerigas and their empty tank is still here… when does it become mine to dispose of it as I wish?
Tank emptied in December. They wouldn’t answer the phone or email. I went to their office and the person wouldn’t open the door. I had to switch companies asap. They wouldn’t pick up old tank either. Cracked seal on 5lb tank. No customer service. I Just want to get rid of a full tank that no one can use at this point. They refuse to exchange or help me get rid of it. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY EXCHANGE TANKS. They get way to much use and no QC from these guys.
