What to do in the hospital's admissions department

Last weekend, I was again convinced that Perthh Hospital doctors made ambulances sit in the corridor of the clinic for hours. I experienced this myself when my cousin was brought with pain in my back. She called me from the ambulance, immediately rushed to the hospital and found a cousin rooted in a chair. She could not sit down, but there were no free couches. We waited for half an hour, an hour - we were told that a doctor would call a nurse or come to her, but she didn't seem to know about us. I went to the information center, where there are also doctors to ask for some painkillers, but I was pretty rude. It remained helpless to watch her cousin suffer in pain. For a moment we were about to call an ambulance again - maybe another hospital is ready to see us immediately... After four hours of waiting, my cousin was finally examined and she still had kidney problems. But the situation is - until you have a diagnosis, you are treated like a simulator - it's so horribly humiliating!
