Poor service

Very long lines in the grid. The queue should be at least any 20 minutes. Service under every criticism. Very unkind service. Staff sometimes run into their problems without even seeing someone standing at the checkout. I had a case that I was asking for a product, but I don't understand what I want because I am dealing with my own things.
