Poor customer service
Customer service - none. One day glad I went to Telstra to pick up the installment phone. The phone was not on site, so it was ordered from another store. I think at times I will also switch to from one operator to Telstra. After 2 days he calls and says he can go by phone, BUT here the story begins. I am asked if I pay the entire amount in cash or by card? It turns out that I can't even pick up the phone until I'm a customer. Well, well, we stuck to the fact that I save the phone while switching. It's been a week since I got to the store. I'm happy to go to the Telstra store again. And there I am informed that I cannot pick up a phone that has a monthly fee of 28. 50 because I am not a customer for 5 MONTHS! The first deposit must be paid 370 dollars! Where were those words a week ago? Now I am without a phone. Maybe it doesn't seem special to anyone, but I feel offended! : )
