Items were ordered before Christmas. At the time of payment, it was indicated that you will be able to drive to the shopping center “saga” on 27.12.2020. Of course, we did not receive any news that day that we could receive the product. A couple of days later, a message arrived that the product could be received on 6.01.2021. Thus, as indicated, 6.01.2021. Arriving at your store, I stand in line for 30 minutes, as a result of which I am offered a used item and one of two, at the end saying that not knowing where my order is, contacting me later. Of course, no one contacted later. Is such a mess acceptable? Due to the emergency situation in the country, it is not possible to buy on the spot, but ordering from you is just a problem.Hoping to get your purchased items and unfortunately this will be your last time as a customer!
