Website information a mess, reps know nothing

I liked their prices and payment plans. Hit a wall when I tried to order drum heads. Listings were totally wrong and confusing. Called sales rep and he had no idea what I was even talking about. Didn’t ship then backordered.

Didn’t ship the day it was supposed to. Customer service could not tell me why but told me I could not cancel it. Then it became flagged as backordered even though it still shows in stock. This is the second time something didn’t ship. I don’t know if they changed…
