Improper handling
AuAir has canceled or changed flights several times. Recently I was in Berlin, the flight was scheduled for 19:40, but the previous day there was an SMS that the flight was moved to 15:30, thus disrupting the entire planned work schedule and appointments! Half a year ago, I bought tickets to Venice as a gift to congratulate family members on a special anniversary, now there is an SMS that the return trip is canceled altogether and the tickets are either returned or transferred to the next day. The hotel is paid and it is not possible to take an extra night, because there are no places and it is not possible to get your money back, an extra night elsewhere already costs around 200 dollars (3 people). But flights on the "canceled date" are still offered! Only by transfer, but AuAir does not offer them to its customers. AuAir has lost its level of service and is increasingly frustrated and uncomfortable.
