Low service culture
My complaint involves something like the low service culture that we unfortunately often encounter in our society. However, we want to see a different picture, we are in Europe. But maybe these are naive wishes?! 3/30/2017 I was at the doctor's visit to the polyclinic of Melbourne 1st hospital. As befits, toll outerwear in the wardrobe. Thank you and please I received a silent silence in return. Except for the outerwear, the wardrobe to be served customers talked on a cell phone and at the same time threw on the counter customers' outerwear. It seems that this employee lacks elementary knowledge with courtesy, But maybe this is the culture of this organization?! Sincerely, Iveta!
