Horrible service absolutely terrible. Im very disappointed. I have called every day for the past week to speak with a supervisor and they havent called back. User’s recommendation: Never.
Original review updated by user Aug 11, 2021 What did not happen. No emails, no return calls. Washer not delivered. AHS out sources the delivery. Contract states washer will not be hooked. Delivery company is JB Hunt. DO NOT WASTE your money. Assoon as we get out washer we are done with AHS. User’s recommendation: RUN.
Not able to speak with a supervisor, which I find asinine for a home warranty facility. I would never recommend AHS to anyone for there home warranty issues.
