Poor service

Service from tv3 very clumsy! Do not answer calls, do not answer e-mail! They should send themselves a "room" for not communicating with customers. I am waiting for the "newer series" from 3. 07 and because there is no TV play yet, sad and irresponsible! Disappointing counter
