Everything had already been agreed and the apartment had been promised to me, an appraiser had been ordered and Cash had been paid when, on the agreed day of signing the Purchase Agreement, Konstantin told me that the apartment had already been sold to another. Although during the previous meeting, there was not the slightest hint that there could be any difficulties why this apartment would not be sold to me.
