Deception of customers
Hello, I would like to inform the existing and potential customers of the online store 110.shop about deception in this company. I bought the Imperial Lemon 5 faucet there, paid the bill on time (including delivery). When I received the product, I found that the cold / hot (blue / red) sign was missing a completely banal thing (probably just peeled off). I called the customer service, informed about the situation. When they called back, they offered me a refund of USD 7.00 or took the product to their office, to which I replied that I did not have to take anything anywhere because I had paid for the delivery and I was not to blame for the product being rejected. Eventually they sent me a courier, returned the product application with the content that I just want to exchange the product.The next day, my employee called me back and told me that the product was not rejected and that the product shown in the picture could be different from the one I received. I asked that man if he was serious, because even the cheapest faucets have such marks and I've never seen one without. So, if you order a phone there and it is missing a battery or a button, then expect that they will answer you "the product may differ from the one shown in the picture" :) You can see in the picture which part is missing
