I bought a mobile phone sony e5663 xperia m5 17.06.17 for 199.99 CA$ in the store AZ Electronics located in the station square 2, lv -1050. Already on the first day of bringing home, the phone turned off several times and could only be turned on using the reset button! Over the next 2 weeks, the area regularly disappeared, the image twitched on the screen, and regularly shut itself out. I take it back to the store where I promised to send the phone to the warranty service and send a reply text message within 30 days at the latest. Almost 2 months passed - I didn't receive any news! When I started calling and wondering what was happening for the first time, I answered that the phone had been received from the service and I could pick it up. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that I didn't have a phone waiting for a text message! I chose another product for the indicated amount (170.99 CAD) which I was very kindly offered, but the question remains open - for what did I have to pay 29 dollars? About the fact that I was sold factory defects? About not being able to fix it in their service? About having to wait more than 5 months and run and call the store several times? I received this product today 5.11.17 successfully! 29 dollars sorry!:D
