Fraud

I'm shocked at all. I had an operation unexpectedly. And doctors do not recommend flying. I called the company and heard how, delj so that my husband and I have basic status tickets I can't do anything with them. Don't change the date or send another person in your place. Just give our "love" AuAir almost 300 €... No name. At least I think the health options need some thought.
