TvPlay premium advertises that the first month is free, but when I subscribe to the most expensive of their two available packages, I also took down the price for the month right away! I called customer service, I was told that the month is only free for the second, cheaper package, although it is not mentioned anywhere, just like in the TV commercial. I believe the company has scammed me for money. when I called customer service, it sounded like they didn't understand how the discount worked.
