Poor service

I have been waiting in line for state-paid braces for 3 years, but when the day comes, the bus 21 corresponds to the route. has not arrived at the specified time 2 times in a row. I decided to run fast to the nearest tram stop on tram 1. As weird as it may sound, it doesn't come either. When the tram finally arrives, it is planned to spend +/- 40 minutes on the road, but it took more than an hour for the driver to drive slowly and arrive late.
