about irresponsibility at work
I want to tell you about my experience working with this store. In early October, I ordered a mobile phone from LG. The phone arrived on time, but when I turned it on, I noticed that there was a spot in the center of the screen with a 1mm diaphragm ("dead pixel"), the one-way speaker was not working. The phone was equipped with an American charger with flat forks. Within 14 days I had the right to return this phone and request a new one, which I did. That's where it started. At the handover, a report was drawn up and I was told that the phone would first be handed over to the service for inspection and then I would be called back. I have already called this company about seven times, to which they always answer that they have not received information from the service. It's been a month, but they don't send a new phone. I don't know when I'll get it.I recommend not to buy any product in this online store! It's just a JOKE for people. This body should be closed!
