Delivery boy complant

From Morning Delivery boy rejected my calls means they are cutting my calls everytime. My delivery time was 7 am to 9 am but still he is not coming. They are very unprofessional. Atleast he needs to pick up my call &;; give some update to me about my product.

My issue not solved till now

I have written mail to customer care. I also talked to customer care yesterday on the phone. They asked 2 days time to solve the issue. User’s recommendation: They should open the packet in presence of the delivery boy.
