"OR mebeles" ordered a bed with a mattress, and the problems started immediately after payment. First, I had to send the same payment order several times because I could not open the PDF file. As if it were a trifle, if I look at the case separately. The next day after we received confirmation that the product is ready, we drove back. Labrpat would have chosen delivery, but for this "corner office" delivery within Melbourne costs 30 EUR, so in principle we did not choose this luxury service. The bed had to be removed in the store, but the mattress had to be pushed to a completely different place, the warehouse. Calling the company's representatives, it turns out that the day before us our bed was returned to other customers, who, of course, are happy with the newly acquired product and do not intend to change their order. The girl "apologized" and ordered a new one, we also talked about when the delivery will be made. The next day they call that it will not be at the agreed time, but a week later, because the holiday falls in the middle. Fantastic service and planning! To overcome all this, on the day before the holiday, when we were already away from Melbourne, it is called that the bed is ready and can be delivered immediately. We agreed, however, that the delivery would take place on the evening of the next working day after the holiday. When that happy day came, I called the store again to agree on the delivery time. In the tone of reproach, I was able to hear the surprise that we have opened the wrapped bed (how else would we discover that it is not our order?) And that we also want assembly after such a service. Of course, no one gives any message at the agreed time. The company itself does not answer phone calls... Two hours laterwhen I have already understood at which corner office I have purchased the product, I hear a call that I am present. When asked if they did not mix the delivery time in the case, I received the answer: "No, we did not mix anything. When we could, we arrived. " : ) ) Colossal! In general, I can say that I am VERY dissatisfied with their service and I will NEVER repeat orders from this Chinese cellar. In terms of product quality, the bed itself is very good (although it is made by another Australian manufacturer, which supplies these beds to many companies, so I recommend choose the same bed in another store), but the "orthopedic" mattress that OR Furniture attributed to its product is simply terrible - as hard as the floor and the materialswhich would ignite at the first match.
