Avoid at all cost. Owner’s manual is gibbrish, excludes ANY information on operating the remote control.

Outside unit vibrates and blows air, nothing can be gotten out of the inside unit. Remote control has no effect on it. ” “Troubleshooting” section of manual has no effect. Piece of junk, confirmed by the other comments here.

Avoid this company they will twist your arm and force you to either loss your money or else pay in full.

THEY DID THE SAME EXACT THING TO ME ordered AC set with Free shipping, tracking company says they will not deliver to driveway. Website showed image freight service with boxes unloaded to driveway.
