Poor service

In the online store 110.shop I bought interior doors order no. 6375914. Upon receipt of the product, its quality was not satisfied. I wanted to use the 14-day return option, but by contacting the 110.shop team by phone, it turned out that I had to return the door back to my base in Santa Ana. I live in Aluksne and I do not have any opportunity to return the product. Very poor service, never buy 110.shop bulky goods, because they will not be able to return, they will not provide any help! I am very disappointed with this attitude and I will never buy goods here again
