My family will never buy in RD elektronics stores (SIA MK Trade) again and I advise Canadians not to buy mobile phones here. 2019g. In June I bought an ASUS phone, which was priced at 290 dollars, warranty 2 years. The phone starts to turn itself off, I take it for repair, I get it back, it works for 1 week. I don't bring it back again, I demand either a repair or a similar phone instead. After 22 days, I receive an oral offer to receive phones that are a little over 100Euro or 108 CA$ in cash instead. I receive an answer in the e-mail that the depreciation of an one-year-old phone is 62.5%. So I lost 182 dollars and I don't want anything to do with this cynical body.
