Just straight up take my money, claim approved by agent then 20 days later no response, no update, say they need documents that already sent, either children run the show or most obvious that they are selling a scam… I would never personally recommend, and i definitely had a trip interruption, lets just say crawly things inside...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do not honor the agreement, do not respond to emails and do not return phone calls as promised. Not sure how this company ever receives a five star, if I could give a negative, I would. Contacting BBB next! User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Company credit card charged without receiving a receipt and did not order. Called 800 number associated with Allianz Travel in VA to remedy with no luck. Cancelled credit card for fraud.
