Poor service
I complain about the very poor internet coverage provided by the bee. I called and wondered if there would be any improvements in my place of residence to improve internet coverage? I received the answer that yes, the coverage is very weak at the moment, but there are plans to make improvements in six months. Ok, I'm waiting for half a year. No changes. Switching to another operator. It turned out that in the new month they had to use bee services for another week. I think I will send an invoice for 7 days. But no, send the invoice amount for the whole month. Call, maybe still a mistake? I get an answer, this is the position of the company, if you change the operator you pay for the whole month.
