In today's competitive environment, especially for tour operators with 3. 4 offices on each street, it is very interesting that there is still a derogatory attitude on the part of employees towards clients. I will contact the Travel RSP office by phone to find out about the trips I am interested in during a certain period of time, where I was very kindly provided with the website address where I can see what is available on the dates I am interested in and then I can call you back. This policy is followed by several travel companies with which I have cooperated, because they are interested in making as much information as possible available to the customer and the customer would buy this trip. I researched travel, but since I don't have time to copy the information in several sections,I wrote down the travel dates I was interested in and called back, where another employee answered me very unkindly that everything she can send me is already available on the website and that she can tell me nothing more and not send me, or even what I bothered her at all. , but if I'm already so incomprehensible, what are the trips that interest me. After such a conversation, I am no longer interested in this tour operator or in the trips it offers. I don't understand what these people are paid for if everything is done for them by the customer and their website. Wondering if you were interested in travel that costs thousands, would you be treated the same?
