Low quality work
Hello. I want to tell my rather interesting story, how my computer has literally become the last slum. I bought it in June last year in AZ Electronics online store. It's all nice and great. Nothing to add, the computer was really in perfect condition, worked great even after my girlfriend accidentally poured him champagne when the computer was 2 weeks.. It took more than half a year, still everything worked as before, no change.. Until I was visiting my girlfriend abroad.. Coming back I found that very rarely, but still, listening to music on youtube was its annoying sound, as if the computer was hanging, but he was not hanging and the video everything went, only about a minute of its sound.. what could have happened during the flight,because he hasn't been beaten, he hasn't fallen either.. Used very carefully..) Then it was good if once a month.. I think I have insurance for another two weeks! Without thinking much, I brought it to AZ Electronics, handed over the computer to them and then went to the insurers "White" for repairs. A month later I got back with a replaced keyboard and system card, as I was told. It already sounds wonderful, the view is also beautiful - like new. The only thing is that when I used it at home, after about an hour the computer hung up and I couldn't do anything at all. Hangs for 3 minutes, works for 5 seconds.. Standing on the table, and not really doing anything with him.. I'm not going back, I say that I've never been with him in my life.. They are there on the spot and conclude that yes.. Looks like the hard dead.. Seriously? Thank you! Put their warranty in repair. Well, I guessthat everything should be as it should be.. But no.. When I get home I conclude that it is exactly the same! Nothing has changed.. I look at what they did there.. It turns out that they changed their mouse for the laptop.. (sorry, but I don't know what it's really called!:D) So now.. I've been living without a computer since June. When I finally got him back - there are no big joys. It is impossible to use him. The anger is that he could be thrown out the window. The situation is quite interesting, I know. But what do they really do there for repairs if they give me a torn computer 1x and 2x the one I gave them to them? Is this normal?!
