Mattress size does not match description
I do not recommend ordering mattresses from this company. Unfortunately, my experience is not good. So much time spent in vain. If I could, I would turn back time and buy a more expensive mattress, just so I don't have to go through all this. At first everything was perfect, I was very well advised by e-mail, answered all the questions. I was very happy that such a service exists in Australia. I ordered a mattress 180x200 cm. I waited a month instead of 10 working days and had to inquire myself when I would be ready. As the money was received in the account - consultants who answered monentically - disappeared. Responses had to wait two days. I got the mattress, I brought it home - I put it in the bed and I can't understand... there is a difference between the bed and the mattress! Well much wider than the thickness of the phone. It turned out to be 178 cm wide,not 180 cm as written on the website and in the order. I sent them pictures, a very kind girl called, told me that the mattress would be changed the next day. Changed. But to the exact same. Ok. I contact OR furniture again, this time a man who did not say a name speaks to me. At first it is said that maybe the bed is too wide for me. And if I need a special size (180 cm!) Will have to pay extra. I seem to be already paying for a mattress that should have been 180 cm wide, do not want to pay extra for their mistake. But it turns out that the mattresses must be 2 cm smaller in order to be able to put on a sheet. I ask, what about a sheet that is 2 cm thick? But then he starts telling me that I need to ask a man to measure me, because apparently I, as a woman, can't use a tape measure. And in the end it turns outthat they had measured the mattress and for them it is exactly 180 cm wide (where did the 2 cm sheet stay?). And he has pictures where they have measured the mattress with a professional meter. I asked you to send those pictures. We also stayed on it. I've been waiting for pictures for three weeks and nothing has been sent. And this is not my first mattress. Before that, I had a mattress from AuStorea and a bed from IKEAs that came together perfectly as two puzzle pieces. So I know there should be no such gap.
