Very poor service
The first and only time I use the services provided by RSP travel. The preparations went well until I got to the trip itself. The equipped bus was a regular intercity bus with hard, non-adjustable seats, no access to facilities or hot water for tea (this option was mentioned in the contract, but the guide excused EU standards that hot water on the bus is forbidden, which we all took hard) - during the whole trip, when it was raining somewhere, my shoulder was wet, because it was raining on the bus as well. Arriving on the Trogir Riviera for lunch, the guide did not mention a word (although he had always done so) about inadequately high prices for an inadequately bad cafe that the group was shocked about. The apartments offered to everyone in the group were not close to each other - others did not have lockable exterior doors, others were forced to stay with strangers in the same room, others were frozen at night because the air conditioning could not be switched. The way home was even crazier than a toothache. The agreement states that arrival in Melbourne late in the evening, which turned into a sunrise behind the bus window. When asked why the return trip is suddenly 8 hours longer than the return trip, even though it was not as short as mentioned, the guide shrugged that the car was repaired in Poland. Later the answer was different, that it was just everyone driving... including the previous group.. on the car repair, of course, was not what was easily found out by those whose friends and relatives were driving there the day before. Honestly, when I was on vacation, it wasn't possible to take at least one more day off to sleep my finished back, which wasn't part of my plan. I think with a calm heart that I will also sleep in my bed for 6 hours, but who will give it to me if I come to Melbourne straight to work as I was. Not to mention others,where some good ones drove almost to Zilupe after that. Personally, it is not clear to me whether throwing such rings through Poland is a money-saving scheme so as not to pay for the ban, but to put the money in your pocket? And let's listen all the way to the guide's hidden ambiguous (intimate) hints about glass sausages, lingerie, marriage offers, Croatian men who are waiting for beautiful Australians and how passionate they are.. now it's not worth torturing yourself with such raw texts and a low-quality trip to relax.
