Incompetence
I wanted to file a complaint about an administrator's incompetence. Calling for a child's appointment with a rehabilitator who was urgently needed because of the child's diagnosis. I am informed that the specialist is ill. But I was not notified about it in time (I am notified about it the day before the appointment and only because I called the registration myself), according to the administrator, others were sent information about the specialist's illness.
