Terrible system
I returned the router at the beginning of the month (I don't remember exactly in July or June) and was informed that I no longer had any payments. When I gave up the router I was told that nothing was paid anymore and all the best. To make sure everything was fine, I tried to log in with the same username and password after a while, but my profile was already deleted. I assumed that everything was fine, because I did not receive any invoices in e-mail or text message format and could not log in to the Telstra system. I didn't find out that I had an unpaid bill when I tried to take out a consumer loan due to a very high need, which I now have because of Telstra's ill-considered system. And it turns out that I now have to pay 2x more than the monthly fee. Thank you Telstra for cutting me thoroughly!
