They want to recover from a deceased person. Are you serious? The man has long been underground, but a letter has arrived at her address from Creditreform debt collectors that Bite's services have not been paid for. xMobile was informed that the person in question had died and they claimed that all liabilities would be extinguished. Either xMobile employs uneducated people who do not understand anything or Bite, as an employer, has not prepared its employees for such situations. Big headache with this company. I don't recommend it to anyone.
