About Employee Behavior

This section establishes a specific procedure that employees must always follow - without thinking whether it is good or bad. Management action must also be supported and seen as a model, even if it involves contemptuous treatment of patients for any subjective reason and when such action affects the most vulnerable. In specific situations, when a driver comes to mind to treat a patient in a degrading manner, the doctor responsible for that patient is forced to do so. For these reasons, there are cases where a patient begins to be considered a simulator simply because the doctor was unable to make the correct diagnosis for him, simply because he did not believe what his patient was saying or ignored his condition. Later, the patient is taken to the point where he is forced to leave the doctor's office so as not to suffer humiliation, or to leave the ward at all. And if a person can be shouted at as a slave, ridiculed and considered a normal phenomenon, then something is really wrong in the institution. One example is that the ward has a young doctor who is very proud of his success, which does not prevent him from taking the derogatory treatment of patients for granted. The young man is so afraid of ruining his career that he is ready to ridicule his patients during the walk in order to show himself more profitably and indulge in leadership. Cynically speaking, this is the best wayhow to undermine a patient's trust, because no patient will later trust a doctor who was not ashamed to make fun of him - no matter how great a person the doctor may consider himself to be.
