Why you don’t accept debit cards & service dogs

Refusal of debit card even though its the same as cash yet you accept EBT cards. My husband and I have PTSD due to an auto wreck and have service dogs. (Miniature dachshunds). Buy wasnt allowed why? User’s recommendation: Find out before hand if they accept debit or service animals. Better yet DONT go there.

I spoke with Todd he’s higher manager and I have not heard from him again

I went back to the store and Alexa was not there. Spoke with Patricia and she comments that Alexa has been abusing the customers in the past. that this has not been the first incident. User’s recommendation: definitinely more training. and cashiers has to be people people.
