Hello, it all starts with the fact that a relative from Germany sent me a gift iExpress courier postal services. iExpress sent a statement that the courier would deliver the parcel from 16 to 17, I studied from 14 to 18. I contacted the iExpress service, where I replied in an unkind voice that it could be postponed to another date. I also explained that I can't be home every working day because I'm studying and I offer my solution - move it to another day and deliver it in the morning until 2 pm, when I'm still at home. To which the operator replied that the date can be postponed and will try to arrange delivery in the morning. The conflict seemed to be resolved, but the next day - I received a statement that the courier would deliver the shipment from 14:43 to 15:43! What a nightmare, I'm not home! What happens to iExpress customer service? If you cannot deliver the shipment to the customer at the desired time and day, do not undertake to service at all! I have not seen such poor service for a long time, not to mention that the shipments have been opened without ripping the consignee!
