At the beginning of April, I contacted Marite's photo company and sent a printout of the payment made, promising to resolve the situation. 03. 04. 2020 I received an e-mail from Mfk representative Agita that the pictures have been sent to pii. 08. 04. 2020 I contact our Pii and I am told that no, nothing has come. 14. 04. 2020 I contact Mfk again and ask what the case is, why no pictures were sent, if we placed an order already in February and in addition we received a message from them by e-mail that the pictures were allegedly sent to our Pii. Instead of answering, I did not apologize for the situation, but shouted at her that she could not know what pictures had been taken and which had not. Please return the money if you do not want to fulfill the order, which they did on 14. 04. 2020. It is a great bitterness that we did not receive pictures of our child. The child was happy about the photo session, he had even taken his sweetheart to the photo session. But now, instead of pictures, we have received the increased voice of mfk representative Agita and the dissatisfaction that she now has to work from home. If you are lazy to take those pictures yourself, then to send them electronically, I will order it myself, because I had already paid. Very bad attitude towards customers. I recommend that you do not cooperate with such fraudsters.
