Very poor service
My friend and I wanted to relax on Sunday, so we decided to go to Fantasy Park. Entering before the game of billiards, we decided to play slot machines (throwing a ball in a basket, air hockey, etc.). Unfortunately, we did not have the necessary cash, so at first we turned to an employee who works at one of the slot machines (3d game) or we can exchange 10eur in more detail, to which he replied that the money can be exchanged at the box office, where we went. The box office told us that they had no cash (on a Sunday when it is full of people, but of course). We were sent from the box office to the bar... at the bar we were sent back to the box office when we told them there in the absence of cash, the bar staff retorted that they did not. Of course, after this nice case, any desire to spend up to 5 minutes there passed... so we went to spend money on another place where the customer is value. Thank you, Fantasy Park for the hospitality and for the blindness.
