I've noticed that Credit24 advertises here! I recommend potential borrowers to think carefully before taking a loan with this company! If there is no counter-notification, the answer will always be standard - the computer program does everything and we can't change anything there! It happened that for objective reasons, one of my clients could not pay on time because he was in the hospital. After 5 days, a threat letter from this company arrives at his address and a fine in the amount of 7 lats. The client will turn to me for advice, because I have experience in this field. The advice is simple: pay what you have to pay without these 7 lats. To sue - any court will cancel this notice, of course if you have previously warned the creditor of the reasons! Credit24 should take a little step away from its competitors, which is much more counterproductive.
