Poor service

This office needs to be shut down. I ordered the phone a month ago, as the long delivery had decided I would ask for a refund, which has not been returned so far. The email always wrote to me that the money would be next week (it wrote every week) but I also didn't get anything back. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING FROM THIS PIS ** S WEBSITE
