I ordered the product and paid immediately (July 24). Upon receipt of the message, they write the following conditions - your selected goods are available in stock and will be delivered within 10-15 working days after receiving the prepayment. If the product was ordered to a parcel terminal or a comfortable delivery is provided at the specified address, then 1-3 working days must be taken into account. We will send you an invoice for payment. Please indicate the invoice number when making the payment! If the invoice number is not specified correctly, payment for the product may be delayed. When paying the bill, I did not provide its number, to make sure they received the money, I called. They replied that they had received the money and said I was waiting. As I partially fulfilled the conditions, I counted all the days to the maximum (15 + 3). So more than 18 working days have passed, but I am still waiting for the product. I wrote in an email, no reply. I called countless times, no one is picking up the phone! It is this bad moment of communication that worries me. Why can't you just answer by picking up the handset? I now can't wait to buy from another store!
