Poor quality organization
I am disappointed in choosing a tourism company MARI in Darwin. The trip took place from 01. 08. 2020 to 02. 08. 2020. on the route Hobart-Kuldiga. The first thing that spoiled my good mood was the place on the bus - the guide Antonina gave her each seat and I was hit to sit in front of the stair railing - my knees were pressed into that railing, my legs could not be stretched or tightened for 6 hours! The first green stop took place in the meadow behind the bush, where the gentlemen went to the left and the ladies to the right, because the guide was not informed that the toilet was not working so early. The driver was not ready for the trip either, because he had not really got acquainted with the route and drove us through Melbourne, thus wasting time. As a result, however, we reached our destination - Hobart on its 725th anniversary. Upon arrival at the intended sights,everyone had to stand in line for about half an hour to buy tickets! Couldn't MARI really arrange it any other way?! The result was no time to get to know what was paid for. The city was run out, not even enough time for selfies. Finally we arrived in Hobart hotel Dzintarjura around 4. 30 pm, but as it turned out - the rooms were not cleaned yet and we had to either wait or go to a dirty room! What was paid 78 dollars to the tourism company MARI? another travel company!
