Hello! Magnolia city cafe, which is located in Devonport - shocked everyone! Such an attitude is not allowed! People pay money to celebrate their holidays with their loved ones, but in return they only get rides! Now that I started sharing my experiences with my friends, I realized that we are not the first and only ones to be fooled! It is even difficult to describe in words the attitude of the staff of the magnolia city cafe, including the owner towards the customers! We are shocked! We experienced such shame for the first time! We just celebrated a birthday at a cafe in Magnolia City. No one would be advised to hold any events there. After our celebration, the first wish was to share our impressions with people,so that no one else gets into such a horrible situation as we do. Let's start with the fact that ethical norms were not observed in the elementary way, forks and knives were dropped as usual. At the beginning of the celebrations, realizing that there were not even drinking drinks (juices, lemonades, champagne, wine, etc. ) on the table, the table itself was set very modestly, practically half empty, despite the fact that the prices were quite high, but the food was very small, everything was tasteless, we could not expect warm dishes at all. At the request or could something be served, the guests were hungry, the door was slammed shut in front of my eyes. (At that time, the hostess herself, her mother, and another woman were in the kitchen). They didn't want to stay there for a moment, but the guests were invited, they had to be received, it was difficult, even to tears for such an attitude. The mood of the anniversary was completely spoiled. At the very beginning, when we drew up a menu with the cafe owner, she said what you order so much, there will be so much food that you will take everything home as well, that we ordered much more, anyway, the table was half empty if you obeyed owners, the table would be empty, I say frankly. Another moment, when in the middle of the festive evening the dirty dishes are taken away from the guests without bringing anything in place, the guests didn't even have anything to eat, there were no spoons in the salad from the very beginning. The attitude of the staff is no, instead of apologizing, they still climb on top and try to blame you. The hostess herself and her mother even dared to hang on top! We were shocked! Almost all evening the owner of the cafe sat in her office, not thinking of coming and asking maybe we need something. They had to go and look for him. The money was also paid for the service, but there was almost no service! In short, a very terrible and unpleasant place, and still paying a lot of money. We have never felt such shame in front of guests, we have never encountered a worse place than this cafe magnolia in our lives. It is a pity that we did not read reviews about this place at the beginning, now I understand that we are not the first to get into such a terrible situation. The holiday was ruined!
