Non-professionalism
An employee of this institution m. Rye held my tablet, which was given for reinstallation, for 2 weeks. Needless to say, the promise that the tablet will be repaired within 2 days was not kept. When I arrived at my device, I received an excuse that he did not have a cord to reinstall. Maybe I shouldn't take on things I don't know and apologize for missing my time and not keeping my promise?
