Item was not delivered

On July 13, 2020 I received delivery no. E00132256. One item is missing in the received order. I receive the goods in several separate shipments. The product was included in the invoice. In total, five packets were sent to me. Items with given numbers were delivered. The item that was not delivered in the parcel was not returned for tracking, but it was included in the invoice. I contacted customer service, but no one answered me.
