I wanted to order a monitor. I choose to remove the product from their store myself. I see that AZ Electronics website has indicated that my product will be in the particular store on 27.01 from 13:15. It seems ok, considering that the product was available in stock and, respectively, delivery a few days in advance. 27.01 no news from Rd Electronis. So I decided to call 5 days after the promised delivery time and ask. Employee Says that the website contains tentative or approximate delivery dates. I will quote information from the AZ Electronics website "in order to guarantee to receive the product in the selected store, complete the order...", no information that the order may be delayed. I understand that delivery may be delayed and happen in any way. However, a 5-day delay and even a call shows no interest, and says that you know nothing, waiting for the product from the supplier. Given that I chose this store solely because of the speed of delivery indicated, I feel shocked. In principle, I will no longer shop here and recommend it to anyone else either. If only you want to wait your order for a couple of weeks. :)
