Poor service
On November 7, 2016, I decided to visit the pizzeria to taste some pizza and chose Tomato Pizza, which is located in Launceston. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to choose another pizzeria next time, and the reason for that is definitely the cook of this institution. I ordered 2 pizzas 30 cm for the promotion. As I am a frequent customer of pizzerias, I guess what makes a 30 cm pizza different from a 25 cm pizza, in my case the pizzas were probably brought 25 cm, but the payment was demanded for 30 cm. The dough was uncooked, raw and very thick, + the cook cooked it for an hour. There were few people in the hall. The feeling that the cook has other priorities than customer service.
