Poor service
He was angry, talkative and impatient. Despite the fact that the patient is over 80 years old, he demanded quick and clear answers to the questions asked. Without waiting for these answers and not allowing me to answer calmly, I no longer contact the patient, but switched to talking to me (I am the patient's grandson). After talking to me for a few minutes and reaching a conclusion, he said that the consultation was over and he had nothing more to say. No respect was shown to me or to the patient. There was a feeling that my grandfather and I were being questioned and guilty of something. Rude and cruel treatment of older patients in fee consultation. I don't recommend it to anyone.
